First off, yes I know most of Ubiquiti's support is ticket/chat based. I opened a ticket 5 days ago and have yet to hear back from the RMA team, despite multiple comments on the ticket and requests for status updates. Not a peep.

I called the phone number online, 408-942-3085, and pressed 2 for technical/Elite support, and the auto-attendant just says "goodbye" then hangs up. Same thing when calling that number and pressing 5 for RMA status update.
What is with Ubiquiti's support model right now?

Paid $400 Sep 27th for Tests needed for immigration. Doctor and my wife signed the paperwork given by the provider on OCT 4th. Later we find out a new version came out the 1st and immigration won't take the last form.
So now here we are having to pay $300 again so that my wife's test can transfer from one paperwork to another. I absolutely hate this country. Paid a total of $700 that most people barely make in two weeks.
